• All offers must be booked through www.butlerandbell.com and offers cannot be booked directly with the hotel.
• Unless otherwise stated no offer may be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Offers are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Participating hotels / suppliers reserve the right to refuse any membership card that is presented by a non member or has been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
•  All forms of payment that are normally accepted apply when using your membership card (unless stated). Most outlets will take major credit cards.
• Some outlets may not accept gift certificates as part payment in conjunction with Butler & Bell.
• You must show your membership card upon arrival and departure from the hotels for the offer to be honoured. The hotels reserve the right to request additional ID to verify your membership.
• Rules about Annual Costs – The €99 fee in Year 1 includes a €50 joining fee (which is payable in year 1 only) and your first annual subscription of €49.  Lapsed members will incur the joining fee to renew their membership. These prices are inclusive of vat at 21%.
• Refer a Friend – Existing members can purchase memberships or refer new members at a reduced fee of just €49, saving them the €50 sign up fee.

Hotel Offers -  Terms & Conditions

•  All Butler & Bell hotel offers are strictly subject to promotional availability in participating hotels at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
• The price per person sharing is based on bookings for two adults sharing a twin/double room unless otherwise stated. Please note that quoted sterling rates are subject to fluctuation.
• Additional service or other charges incurred by the guest must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.

• Guests may book up to 3 rooms as part of each booking, at the agreed promotional rate, subject to availability.
• Booking Deposit – A 10% booking deposit plus a €2.95 processing fee will be charged to your account on booking and the balance is payable on departure from your hotel. Butler & Bell will appear as a debit for the amount on your Card statement payable to Bookassist.
• Hotel Breaks must be booked and taken before the date of expiry as shown on the membership card.
